LSG Academy is a place where the children can enrich their knowledge through a variety of skill development programs.
–Team LSG Academy, offers online courses through a secure platform, backed by a convenient app. The children are expected to have a laptop / desktop, microphone, camera and good bandwidth of internet connectivity.

-LSG Academy offers online lessons and course fee depends on the skill program the student has opted for and the duration of course. LSG Academy will share detailed fee structure for the registered coursesif a specific mail is sent to [email protected]
-The classes will take place virtually via Zoom or another video conferencing tool. The link for joining the class and the timings would be shared upon filling of child details and admission formalities.
- Students are not encouraged to directly contact Teachers. You must contact LSG Academy Team for any queries regarding Tutor or by sending mail to [email protected] or through our user friendly app.
-LSG Academy team will provide the details once registered for the course. The course fee can be paid through all debit / credit cards before the commencement of the classes.
-Usually student needs to pay for the registered course before the commencement of first class.
Yes every student is entitled for a demo, before the commencement of the course.
a. If the student attended 25% of classes already then 50% of the fee will be refunded.
b. If the student attended 50% of the classes no refund will be made.
c. For any other unavoidable circumstances please get in touch with LSG Academy Team.
– Anyone who is passionate to teach a skill of their expertise from the list of courses offered by LSG Academy can become a teacher.
– The Team from LSG Academy will contact you about scheduled classes.
– Yes, LSG Academy will pay the fee based on actual classes completed on the 15th of every month.

-Timeslots suitable for you and number of classes you can offer within a given week.
-LSG Academy will send you an email with all the relevant information to your registered email.
– You will need to have Laptop/PC/Tablet, which is suitable for handling a conferencing video call, preferably with good broadband connection.
- You need to have a subject being clearly typed and kept before the commencement of the class.
-As such we would appreciate to keep your class to only on imparting the skill knowledge that the child has registered for.
-It is required to be informed to LSG Academy team two days in advance to the commencement of scheduled class.
In case of an extreme emergency we request Teachers to inform LSG Academy team at least four hours in advance and also inform the shadow teacher.
The payment will be made to their respective accounton the 15th of every month after completion of the agreed classes.
Team LSG Academy will gather the reasons from both sides and take the call based on the facts.
– All children between the age group of 4yrs to 14yrs interested in any of the skills offered by LSG Academy can attend the classes.
- No course fee is not the same for all the courses.
-Course fee details can be obtained by writing an email to [email protected]
-Each class can contain maximum of up to 10 students for respective subject.
- It can be even 1:1 if required by parents.
-Yes, it’s always possible to have one to one class, course fee is higher compared to group class.
– Send an email to [email protected] about what you want to learn if the course is not present in the list of classes or specify the class you want to join. We will send you a link for the class to join.
– PC/Laptop/Tablet suitable to handle video call with a suitable screen for the students to see the Teacher’s Whiteboard. Also request to have good broadband connection.
-Incase if a student not able to attend the class then please inform LSG Academy well in advance so that we can see if there is any option to reschedule the class, it all depends on other students who are attending the same class.
–Yes, the fee is charged for the entire course but not based on each class. If student is not able to attend more than 3 classes, then please contact team LSG Academy team for the suitable solution.
–Team LSG Academy will try to arrange another teacher subject to availability or reschedule the class.
If neither of the above possible then Team LSG Academy have all rights to cancel the class and a substitute class will be organized.
As per LSG Academy norms, it is mandatory to pay the course fee before the commencement of first class. In case of a challenge we advise you to contact Team LSG Academy.
